How to Reserve Your Dates

When you write or call please provide:

• Your name, address and phone number
  
• Preferred rental dates
  
• Alternate rental dates, in the event your preference has been filled
  
• Number of people expected

Please, do not email your credit card number. You will be called to provide it.

If you prefer to pay by check, we will provide you with a mailing address.

If the house isn’t available for the dates you prefer, please inquire anyway. There is always a possibility someone may cancel.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. For Peak Week rentals a 75% deposit is required. The balance is due 30 days prior to your reservation.

Deposits are refundable if notice is received no less than 45 days in advance of your reservation, or when another reservation is confirmed for your reserved dates. A 6% cancellation fee will be charged on all amounts refunded.

A $300 damage "deposit" will be pre-approved on your credit card to cover any possible damage.

Confirmations

You can expect a confirmation of your reservation within 1 week of receipt of your deposit.
