Stays of longer than a week will be pro-rated at the weekly rate for additional days

Damage Deposit

A $300 credit card pre-approval will be required as a "deposit" against any possible damage.

We expect you to leave the house in the condition in which you find it.

A maximum of 6 people are allowed. This rental is for families and mature friends only. Rowdy partiers are not welcome.

No smoking is allowed in the house.

No pets are allowed.

A 9% Vermont rental tax will be added to your rental fee.

We do not charge an additional cleaning fee. The house will be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival. We expect you will leave it in a reasonably orderly condition when you depart.

On-site Manager

You will be greeted on your arrival by our on-site manager. His private-entrance apartment is right next door, so he'll be available for any questions you may have during your visit. He's very quiet, and we're certain you'll forget he's there unless you need something.
